Our Story
It all started in 2019. The story goes like this: After the day’s work was done, we’d slip into a booth to talk about our respective productions over coffee, each conversation leaving us buzzing with creative inspiration (and caffeine — lots of caffeine).
It didn’t take us long to realize that if we combined our unique talents and backgrounds, we could form the kind of video production firm we’d always hoped to work for — one that values the genuine creativity and collaboration integral to our craft. And so we did. Midnight Brunch has since grown into a full-service, award-winning video production and marketing agency, but our mission remains the same: to create elevated content that puts honest storytelling — and you, the client — first.
Meet the Crew
MATTHEW PAROLA
Executive Producer + Creative
Matt’s love for storytelling brews from youthful Friday movie night at the theatre with family and friends. After percolating in the world of IT he delivers his knowledge of technology, attention to detail, and unwavering drive for everything to be the best. Matt blends 15 years of experience producing commercials, videos, and documentaries to bring an immense level of experience to every project. When he's not working (ha!), you'll find him with family and friends skiing, watching movies, enjoying food, and, of course, drinking coffee (or cocktails).

MIKE SILLS
Lead Producer + Creative
Spanning over 10 years in the film industry, Mike's love of stories has found him directing or producing narratives, documentaries and commercials across the country, from in studios to on sets. Trustworthy and creative, his desire is to always give viewers content worth their time.

From an early age the creative bug has won over Marco leading him to become an awarding winning filmmaker on productions worldwide. Though the work never seems to stop for him, he always finds time for ice cream with family and friends.

Marketing Director
Combining a background in psychology with a passion for aesthetics and storytelling - Andrew loves to build a full customer experience thinking about how they interact with a brand. He's often overdressed enjoying a bourbon, playing music, or going for a run. Favorite Movie: Equilibrium

VICTORIA SMITH
Marketing Director
Victoria is a global marketing executive with a background in driving growth and innovation through digital and omni-channel marketing strategies. She is an innovative, hands-on practitioner with career success across multiple industries in both consumer and business marketing. Victoria holds an MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, and a B.S. in Business Administration from Elon University and recently obtained a certification in risk management. When away from work, you’ll find Vickie at the yoga studio, out walking her dog Leroy Brown, reading history books, and enjoying time with friends and family. Vickie has is a world traveler having lived abroad and visited over 30 countries.

SCOTT BRAWN
Audio Engineer
Scott can’t remember a time when he wasn’t making films and telling stories with his friends. Looking back at 8 years of experience in the field Scott's passions can be found in recording and mastering audio, producing, directing, and running film sets as the 1st assistant director. When Scott isn’t recording audio or mixing sound effects, he is often found dabbling in the creation of practical effects as he loves those 80s-90s creature features.

Kacy's passion for Marketing continues to grow during her time at Boston University. She is always eager to captivate the audience with creative and engaging media. Maicon, a professional in Motion Design, is dedicated to visual artistry in every project he undertakes. When not immersed in animation work, he can be found on his motorcycle, traveling over 100km to enjoy a coffee in another city.

Growing up, Sam was always captivated by watching the "behind the scenes" on DVD's, driving her to later experience all aspects of production, but editing stole her heart. When not buried in a project, you can find her collecting house plants or camping in the mountains.

My name is Marcos. I have been working in the industry for almost a decade. My specialties include photography, event audio, audio recording and mixing & mastering. From crazy life experiences to actual skills development, all the people I have met and worked with in this industry have always had something awesome to share. The music and sound design coupled with the imaginative and innovative visuals from Jurassic Park makes it one of my favorite films.

Joe developed a love for creating videos while studying broadcast journalism at Suffolk University. Since then he has worked in entertainment tv, news, film, live productions, and more. Through his experience he's developed an expertise in technical procedures for filming and editing. He enjoys every step of the creative process, and aspires to make each project the best it can be.

Finance – Production Designer
Brandon spent years honing his attention to detail on classic muscle cars while working as a VP in Finance for the big banks. Armed with acute business acumen and his vast knowledge of history, fabrics, architecture allow him to bring a level of polish to the projects he works on rarely seen outside of the studio system.

Cam Kingdom has had a passion for storytelling since a young age and has transferred that passion into multimedia projects ranging from music videos to live performances and commercial productions. When he’s not on a job you can find him flying his drone or spending time with his friends and their dogs.
